wf.msc`を実行して、Windows Firewall with Advanced Securityを開きます。左側の「Inbound Rules」を選択し、「Action」メニューから「New Rule」を選択します。

  • ルールの種類」ページで、「カスタム」を選択します。
  • プログラム]で、[すべてのプログラム]を選択します；
  • プロトコルおよびポート]で、デフォルトの[Any]のままにしておきます。
  • On Scope, select "These IP addresses" in the remote addresses section and add dialog in the problemable IP address. On Scope*, select "These IP addresses" in the remote addresses section and add dialog in the problemable IP address.
  • Action]で、[Block the connection]を選択します；
  • Profile*では、すべてデフォルトのままチェックします。
  • 最後に、Nameで、ルールに名前を付け、オプションで説明を付けます。
